I have been a customer for over 25 years. They are now working on my fourth car. I like them because, unlike dealers and most other mechanics, they treat me with respect. They explain problems in appropriate clear wording and are patient until I understand enough to make the decision. They also offer that necessary service of looking over used cars before I buy them and make recommendations. I have sent many people to them, and they have had satisfaction.
