I’ll be a customer as long as they are in business

I have been a customer of Harvey Road Auto for 7 years. In that time they have always been professional, courteous, and have done great work on my car. They specialize in Hondas and Toyotas but they have worked on my wife’s Ford Contour as well with equal success. On several occasions I have gone in and suggested that they look for a specific problem. On many of those occasions Joe (the owner) has requested to check something else first that if contributing would actually be cheaper to repair then what I thought the problem is. On many occasions he has been correct and I have paid less than I anticipated. Joe has also been very honest about whether our cars are still worth repairing. He told us that it was not worth it to fix an engine problem in the Contour and that it would last the 6 months we needed it too before we could trade it in. I plan to remain a customer of Harvey Road Auto as long as they are in business.
